Markdown

IntraWeb markdown let’s us do all kind of neat things in text. We can use it to format text, apply CSS styles, inline data bind, or even call functions in our code from within text data in IWML. You can see all the markdown options here.

Our application does not have a lot of text, but we will use what we have to show some very basic markdown.

Modify Index.iwml:

In this example we have use the b markdown tag which is short for bold. Either b or bold can be used interchangeably. When we run the application, now it looks like this:

Next we return to prettying up our application again by using our HTML loader as a template.
